Payroll/HR Manager
Scarlett brings over 15 years of Payroll and Human Resource experience to the team. Scarlett comes to Optima from an automotive manufacturing corporation in the San Diego County area. In her most recent role, she was the Accounting Specialist overseeing all aspects of payroll as well as employee benefits and onboarding. Prior to that Scarlett spent over 20 years at Phone Ware, Inc. rising to the position of Payroll Senior Manager.
Scarlett has experience with many different payrolls and HCM software’s; to include ADP Workforce Now, ADP Vantage, QuickBooks, and Sage 100.
Scarlett is a critical thinker and has good business acumen. Scarlett has a positive attitude and a welcoming presence. She eagerly brings these qualities to her job and looks forward to getting to know everyone.
