Peter is a seasoned certified public accountant (CPA) with over 30 years of experience as a senior financial executive (CFO/controller).  He has consistently demonstrated his proficiency as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, making significant contributions to enhance operations, boost profits, and drive enterprise value.

With a strong and energetic leadership style, Peter is known for his hands-on approach and collaborative style.  His broad experience spans various industries, including government contracting, private equity, manufacturing, and professional services. Peter's diverse skill set encompasses:
1.    assisting start-ups, 
2.    leading mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, 
3.    implementing ERP systems,
4.    managing corporate downsizings and reorganizations, 
5.    establishing international operations, and 
6.    fostering banking relationships. 

Peter is adept at strategic planning, implementing process efficiency improvements, establishing internal controls, managing cash flow, and optimizing revenue recognition.  His expertise extends to meticulous financial reporting, tracking essential metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive informed decision-making.

Peter earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and his MBA (Strategic Planning emphasis) from the University of Southern California.  He currently holds an active CPA license.
