Kim has a diverse range of experience including all aspects of accounting & finance operations, financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions from both sides of the table, strategic financial planning and modeling, fundraising and venture capital, treasury management, contract negotiation, and management, corporate governance, and investor relations. Kim possesses a BS in Education from the University of Tennessee, an MBA in Finance from San Diego State University, and has been a CFA charter holder for over 20 years.
