Karlyn has expertise in preparing audit compliant financial statements, creating cash flow statements and tools, developing complex budgets by business unit, and data migration associated with new accounting software implementations. Karlyn successfully led finance teams, implemented effective internal controls, and provided companies with robust financial visibility. Karlyn’s industry experience includes biotech, real estate investments, construction, healthcare, hotel/motel, high tech, and other service industries. Her broad industry experience allows her to adapt to the needs of companies in any industry.

Karlyn possesses an M.A. in Economics with a Business Emphasis, from UC Santa Barbara, a B.S. in Management Science from UC San Diego, and was an active Certified Public Accountant for almost 20 years.
