Assistant Controller


Michelle is a solutions-focused and quality-driven professional, with experience in managing all aspects of financial and accounting operations. With over 18 years of progressive responsibilities in non-profit settings, Michelle has also acquired 16 years of experience using Abilia MIP accounting software, as well as over 20 years of experience using QuickBooks. She specializes in getting finance systems caught up, organized, and corrected, but she is also proficient in day-to-day transactions, as well as financial preparation, for companies already on track. Michelle’s qualifications include budgets, audit preparation, grant tracking and reporting, financial analysis, internal controls, cash flow management, financial reporting, and payroll processing.


Michelle holds a Master's in Business Administration from Eastern Oregon University and is a member of the Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society for business majors. She also has a certificate as a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst from the Corporate Financial Institute in British Columbia, Canada.
