He has public and private company finance experience in Fortune 500 and emerging growth companies. His broad industry experience ranges from technology and software to footwear and life sciences. He has functional expertise in financing, operations, intellectual property licensing, strategic planning, contracts, supply and demand planning, and risk management.  He holds a BA in International Relations from Pomona College and an MBA from Harvard University. 

At NeoPoint, Inc., Greg was a founder, and CFO for this designer of one of the world’s first smartphones employing 240 people in San Diego, San Jose, and Seoul. At NeoPoint he orchestrated $50+ million in equity funding through 3 private financing rounds with strategic and financial investors, including Siemens and LGE.

As the Director of Finance, Subscriber Products Division, of Qualcomm, Incorporated, Greg was the senior divisional finance executive supporting Qualcomm’s nascent handset business, which grew from a $10 million revenue base to over $1 billion during his tenure.  

Greg’s previous engagements included roles such as supervising accounting and financial operations, strategic and financial advisory, fractional, and full-time CFO, COO, CFO, and EVP of Operations and Strategic Initiatives for several companies.
