Heather Presenkowski is a highly motivated and accomplished finance and accounting professional with more than 28 years of experience across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Optima Office, she served as Vice President of Finance and Controller for a consumer packaged goods company. Her diverse background also includes experience in telecommunications, bankruptcy services, and fulfillment center operations. Heather combines hands-on accounting expertise with strong leadership skills and is recognized for her attention to detail, excellent communication, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Heather has managed all aspects of finance and accounting, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, financial analysis, internal controls, cash flow management, consolidated reporting, and board-level financial presentations. She has successfully led multiple system conversions, including Sage 100 implementations, and has partnered closely with information technology teams to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
In addition to her financial leadership experience, Heather has overseen audit and tax schedule preparation while managing a variety of human resources functions. Her broad operational expertise and commitment to excellence enable her to provide strategic financial leadership and valuable support to organizations navigating growth and change.
Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from San Diego State University.
