Rayna Colton
Controller
As a controller at Optima Office, Rayna provides a wide range of accounting services to support her clients including financial reporting, internal controls, cash management, budgeting, and management of the annual audit and tax engagements. Rayna possesses a finance and accounting background and over 20 years’ experience in a variety of industries with her most recent experience being in nonprofit. Prior to joining Optima Office, Rayna worked as the controller at the Jewish Federation of San Diego where she managed the independent audit and 990 filings, streamlined processes, and designed, implemented, and managed all aspects of the annual budgeting cycle. From 2014-2017 Rayna consulted for various nonprofits around San Diego providing cash management, monthly financial statements, and monthly board packets. Rayna started her career as an auditor in public accounting at Deloitte and Touche. Rayna is a CPA (currently inactive).
