Meet Morton Hollaender, Controller at Optima Office. A highly committed and seasoned accounting and financial professional, Morton brings over 25 years of progressive experience. He earned a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. After graduation, he spent four years at a nationally recognized public accounting firm in New Jersey, auditing clients across manufacturing, retail, printing, and software industries.
Morton and his family made San Diego home 25 years ago. He works effectively with management at all levels and brings strong mentoring and motivational skills to every team. Morton handles day-to-day accounting functions, month and year-end close, financial statement preparation, internal controls, cash flow management, budgets, and variance analysis.
He also manages relationships with outside payroll, banking, legal, and tax firms. His broad experience equips him to drive cost reductions and support business growth strategies.
