John joins Optima Office with over 20 years of financial services industry experience having worked in various roles ranging from sales to executive management. Prior to joining Optima, John founded Peck Insurance Agency and an accounting and bookkeeping services business. He began his career at Balboa Capital as an Account Executive before then moving to Quality Service Organization Inc. where he quickly moved up the ranks to CFO and VP of IT.

Through his diverse background he has developed skills in accounting, human resources, small business administration/ownership, sales & marketing, software development, and team management. He enjoys using his knowledge to help clients overcome challenges and achieve goals.

John holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. He currently resides in North County San Diego with his wife and two children.
