Jaye is especially adept at shaping and turning around underperforming teams and departments, streamlining operations, solving problems, and improving collaboration, teamwork, and communication.  With over 20 years of progressive responsibilities, Jaye’s expertise includes budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, variance analysis, financial statements, financial reporting, metrics, month-end close, and accounts receivable collections. Jaye possesses a BSBA in Finance from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, an MBA from University of San Francisco, and an MA in Nonprofit Arts Management from The American University in Washington, D.C.
