Germaine is a motivated, dynamic and quality driven professional with experience in managing all aspects of financial and accounting operations. “Germ” has experience with a diverse group of industries including health care, agriculture manufacturing, construction, hospitality, and a multitude of industries in assisting small businesses reach their mission. Her ability to adapt to new industries makes her a valuable resource for many companies. With over 35 years of progressive responsibilities Germ’s qualifications include budgets, forecasts, audit preparation, financial analysis, internal controls, cash flow management, financial reporting, complete system conversions and M&A to name a few. Germ possesses a BS in Accounting from Grand Canyon University and a Professional Certificate in Accounting from UCSD Extension, acquired at UCSB giving her CPA eligibility.
