He enables data-driven decision making, modeling different scenarios to determine the most likely and optimized outcome.  Shad is an effective risk manager, proactively safeguarding the company in the sometimes-dangerous arenas of legal, debt financing, and insurance.

Shad has 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, operational analysis, and banking.  Most recently he served as the CFO of a private equity backed hospitality company, which grew to 23 property acquisitions during his time there.  He led the accounting, finance, human resource, and IT departments culminating in a successful liquidation event and attractive return for the investors.

Shad attended California State University, Long Beach earning a degree in Business Administration, Finance.
