Dore works through a holistic lens, building financial and organizational processes, systems, and tools that coalesce to drive profitable growth, great work product, and high employee satisfaction.
Dore has enjoyed living in the San Francisco Bay Area for more than 25 years, where he has supported many company founders and owners as a trusted business advisor, helping them to start up, scale, turn around, buy, sell, and exit.
Along with his executive experience, Dore is a certified public accountant, holds a bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in business from Washington University in St. Louis, and holds a Master’s degree in organizational and industrial psychology from San Francisco’s Golden Gate University.
