Cory has led teams of up to 6000 people and managed annual budgets of over $100MM. He meticulously executes while building teams through inclusion, community, and maximizing the individual potential of team members. He graduated from Oregon State University (BS) and UCLA (MBA). Additionally, he excelled to the rank of Colonel in the US Marine Corps before committing to enabling client companies. He has been recognized as a Top Influential in the San Diego Defense Industry. Also, he is a combat decorated pilot, a community leader on multiple boards, and holds a Top-Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information Clearance (TS-SCI).
